  • Selling a product

If you sell a product then you should have to get all the knowledge about your product all knowledge means A to Z. You have to learn about your product because the customer can ask anything about your product if you do your homework properly then you'll be able to explain otherwise you can't and if you can't explain then it shows a bad sign to the customer and you lose your customer.

i.e. If your product is a shampoo then you need to know about its ingredients, benefits of its ingredients, its effect, its brand value, its demand, etc. That makes you a good salesman.

Before giving you a project client always thinks about why I gave him this project?
You can break this thinking of the client by introducing yourself in such a way that I tell you below.

Don't explain yourself like an essay That I was born in a poor family then my parents work hard for my education and bla bla bla...

The client always wants to know about your strength and achievements. You should tell that I have very good communication skills I have a very good freelance profile I'm a social influencer etc tell him about the big companies you've worked with. This excites your client to give you that project.

5. Portfolio sells



Your portfolio is your product. if you have a good portfolio then you get more projects. Build a good portfolio before approaching the client. If you don't have a portfolio build it. The best way is to choose 5 persons and ask them that you can work for them for free. This is your investment towards the goal. When you work for them for free you gain some experience by doing their work, You get your portfolio and hope if you do good work that 5 persons give you a project in the future.
Always Remember Portfolio sells, if you have a good portfolio then the chance of getting project increased.
